Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to returns and exchanges.

The exchanged item must be availableΒ in stock.

Refunds can only be requested withinΒ 2 days of receiving your orderΒ via theΒ Returns & ExchangesΒ page on our website.
Approved refunds will be issued through theΒ refund method you selectedΒ when submitting the request.
π DELIVERY POLICY
Your order will not be confirmed until it has beenΒ reviewed and accepted by Glocked.
Once your order is created, aΒ WhatsApp message from GlockedΒ will be sent automatically to confirm your order details.
Delivery time is betweenΒ 2β5 business days, depending on your location.
Customers are allowed toΒ open and inspect the package while the courier is presentΒ before completing the delivery.
If youΒ refuse to receive the order after inspection, aΒ service fee of 80 EGPΒ will be charged to cover handling and delivery costs.
